These terms govern your use of the HandyPrintz platform, including the customer upload interface and the shop owner dashboard. By accessing or using HandyPrintz, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

1. Service Description

HandyPrintz is a web-based document printing queue system. It allows customers to upload documents to a print shop's queue via a QR code or direct link. The shopkeeper then manages and prints the documents from an admin dashboard. HandyPrintz acts solely as a technology platform facilitating document transfer between customers and print shops.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and must ensure they have the legal rights or permissions to print such material.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms, though we do not actively monitor or review the contents of uploaded files.

3. Temporary File Storage

All uploaded files are temporary. Files are automatically deleted from our servers after printing or within 2 hours of upload, whichever comes first. No backups or cached copies of uploaded documents are retained beyond this period. Users should retain their own copies of any documents they upload, as we cannot recover files once they have been deleted.

6. Shop Owner Responsibilities

Shop owners who register on HandyPrintz are responsible for managing their print queue and ensuring uploaded documents are handled appropriately. Shop owners must not share, distribute, or retain customer files beyond the scope of printing. Shop owners are also responsible for maintaining the security of their account and must not share login credentials with unauthorised parties.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate shop accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way. Users may also request account deletion by contacting us at the email address provided below.

8. Service Availability

HandyPrintz may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of HandyPrintz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
